1.Bus Charter

All of our vehicles are fully insured with a US$5,000,000 insurance policy and we operate under

the authorities of PUC. We abide by the safety regulations set forth by the U. S. Department of

Transportation for the Motor Carrier.

$3.00 airport fee will be added to all pick-ups from the San Francisco International Airport.

** Driver's PRIVATE accommodation must be provided and paid by chartering party for all out-of-town

trips. All parking and entrance fees, if applicable, have to be paid by the chartering party. All "ON-THE-SPOT" cancellations will be charged 100%.

** SoogleTours Inc. will not be responsible for any delays caused by traffic, road conditions,

accidents, bus mechanical problems, authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots or any other

natural circumstances beyond our control.

Note:

1,The58, 22 seats and 14 seat buses are insured of $5,000,000 Auto Liability for each vehicle.

2,The 22 seats Vehicle is brand new 2006 Krystal bus. While the15 seats Vehicles are brand new

2006 Ford E350.

3, Reservation of chartering be based on first come first serve policy.

4, The rate abv exclude PUC fee:0.025%; airport fee:$3.00 and Bridge Toll as well as gratitude to

driver:$2.00 per person per day.

5, Way of payment: Within 24 hours after service. Check and cash are accepted.

2.Hourly charters; HOURLY CHARTERS Car and driver are provided on an hourly basis, for as long

as you need. A service centered around accommodating your immediate needs and ensuring
